We are the Marbury family—first-generation farmers on a mission to cultivate more than just food. We’re here to nurture the land, grow a thriving community, and honor God through the work we do.

Our story began in the suburbs of Chicago, where we lived in a world filled with the hustle and bustle of suburban life. Yet, despite the busy pace, we felt an undeniable pull toward a different kind of life—one that was rooted in faith, simplicity, and a deeper connection to the earth. Through prayer and careful consideration, we felt God calling us to step away from the urban landscape and embrace a life of stewardship on the land.

At Little Piece Of Eden, our mission is to live out our faith through sustainable farming practices that honor God’s creation. We believe that stewardship of the earth is a sacred responsibility, and we’re committed to applying permaculture principles to build a farm that is not only productive and regenerative but also deeply rooted in our Christian values.
